Replacement Policy
Customers may request a product replacement under specific conditions:

- Replacement requests are valid within 7 days from the delivery date.
- Replacement is allowed for products in defective or physically damaged condition within 24 hours of receipt.
- A replacement can be provided within 7 days for products that aren't functioning correctly.
- To report damaged or defective items, please contact our website support team. A team member will verify and respond within 24 hours.
- If the received product doesn't match the website's description or specifications, inform our support team within 24 hours.
- For replacements, our courier service will pick up the entire product package, including accessories.

Exceptions to Replacement:
Replacements will not be granted in the following cases:

- Customer dissatisfaction with the look or sound quality of a non-defective product.
- Physical damage not reported within 24 hours of receipt.
- Damage caused by electrical surges or user misuse.

Please note that we do not offer returns or refunds, but customers can request replacements within 7 days of delivery.

- Goods require a signature upon delivery.
- We are not responsible for damage to products after delivery.
- Report shortages or damages to customer service on the day of delivery.
- If your order shows as "Delivered" but hasn't been received, inform us within 24 hours.
